a very interesting thought-provokling interview which subjects encompass the political future of our world. in addition to pointing out the problems with operating on 'national interest', another question and answer here seems vital to many conflicts we all must define: " which....should trump in the end: the right to self-determination or the principle of territorial integrity?" ...."there is an essential conflict between them and ...the decision has ato be made in particular cases one by one" . it would seem we haven't yet determined how to agree on by whom or how those particular decisions are made.
