This article provides some insight into the confusion created by the lack of a nationally standardized system of voter registration and election rules. It continues on to assert some legally registered voters experienced enough intimidation via misinformation to ask that their registration in Montgomery County Virginia be canceled. And raises concerns about the "opinions as fact" by local voter Registrars.
