This article seeks to describe the current state of the study of Happiness. The author discusses the topic with a wide range of experts in the field. There is some useful and interesting discussion about this field of study. The article suggests some basic guidance for the reader to take away, and lists a large number of books throughout. And there lies it's primary weakness - most of the discussion is about books - books that you can buy - the article is mostly focused on the industry without discussing the industry. This omission fails to paint a complete picture, not only of an important field, but of the efforts to profit off it, thus failing to give a balanced view of a vital issue, providing instead a very large shopping list for your next visit to Borders.
