Limited to a single issue, the article explores it thoroughly and presents a convincing answer. That answer is that Governor Palin has little or no command experience over any military exercise that could possibly be relevant on a national or international scale. But don't take my word for it. Listen to what the commander of the Alaska National Guard says.
