The Anchorage Daily News provides some fact checking on statements made by Palin at her speech to the RNC, specifically about the gas pipeline and earmarks. Based on her speech I thought the pipeline had been or was in the process of being constructed but approvals have not even been obtained with the federal energy regulators.
