Always worth reading, Jim Hightower is a savvy, long-time political watcher who knows a lot of the players, but somehow retains his outsider's perspective. Though I don't share his optimism about how progressive an Obama team might be, he gives some valuable depth and insight into the people who could help shape his administration.
