The post betrays some ignorance of the bombing of North Vietnam--for instance that many targets could be considered dual purpose--like roads, etc. and that kind of thing exists within populated areas, also "dumb bombs" didn't always end up where intended. Other then that rather nit picky point it is a good informative piece.
