In addition, Thurston gives a decent (if tongue in cheek) analysis of how folks feel about Obama's candidacy, a spot-on snippet of the McCain campaign strategy to date--and shows how the GOP is following form by citing the defeat of John Kerry and Max Cleland--and gives as good an explanation as I've seen on how and why the media is messing with our elections.

I think this story is humor. It is quite comical to say that the media favors McCain. The big media people are aout 90% democrats as many polls have shown. Against the big media are Fox News and talk radio. It seems clear that Obama is going to lose unless McCain gets really stupid. Obama's problem is that he is far left in spite of his attempts to hide it. The USA isn't and demonizing the rich won't win elections.
