a well-reasoned argument about when to withdraw our uniformed men and women from iraq, based upon potentially positive scenarios if they stay long enough to bring stability. the theories take into account the short-term problems and the ones which may well come, including oil-sharing, return of those displaced, new elections, etc. the article explicitly uses language to balance sen. obama's and sen. macains's stated goals on the issue.
