Cindy McCain's half sister emerges to put down 'only child' claim

Now a half-sister has emerged from the shadows to challenge that family history, claiming she and her offspring have been carefully airbrushed out of the would-be First Lady's family picture. "I'm upset," Kathleen Hensley Portalski said. "I'm angry. It makes me feel like a non-person."

Mr. Doyle has succinctly summarized recent events that have unearthed the fact that Cindy McCain, who recently claimed in a television interview she was an only child, in fact has a half-sister, Kathleen, who has also made public statements to angrily confirm Cindy is a liar and has made her "feel like a non-person." To deny the existence of a family member is an important lie and certainly newsworthy, considering she is married to the Republican nominee for President of the United States.
