Good, balanced story. It might have made clearer the fact Iran seemed to have planned to be able to enrich U-235 to weapons grade if it decided to proceed with developing a nuclear weapon (or weapons) without this becoming known to the world. Marc Lynch (quoted in the article) has a good take on the effect this development could have.

I agree with Marc Lynch that this development potentially could help resolve the problem of lack of adequate transparency (of Iran's nuclear program).
