This story is a tiny counterpoint to the huge money going into the fight over global warming science that goes almost completely reported on. That a vital educational non-profit appears to be thoroughly corrupted by this money is worth seeing reported.

Not news,just a kissup piece to a fairly onesided 'news piece' at the WP provided by a jilted advocate. While it is despicable of the NSTA to be beholden to Exxon/Mobil (and even stupider to admit it) one still needs to ask if anyone asked the NSTA what the exchange entailed, to maybe find out if they offered Ms. Davis any alternative to direct distribution (at their cost) or if they just said no.

Well written, succinctly stating the facts with humor, and gives concerned parents a means to express those concerns.
