Well written and researched article explaining how cloud seeding which is currently being done in China in hopes to help clean the air may be useful in strategies for a warming planet. Climate engineering studies that have been conducted to increase precipitation or to decrease hail might be useful to help in engineering the climate. There may be a resurgence in funding for this type of research. Article does a good job in interviewing scientists, presenting issues associated with the theory, and potential consequences.
