I've been saying the government actions worsened the "too big to fail" problems all year. So that's hardly an original observation. And, other than the observation that banks DID have the capability to track TARP funds--not a huge surprise--there's little else new either. Scary headline, but not much detail to back it up.

This is a useful, but not hard-hitting interview. The interviewer does not challenge any of Barofsky's claims.
