Regulation and government intervention in 'markets' is cyclical; the anti regulatory cycle we've been in has created its own debacle, so we need to go back in the other direction. However, the writer really doesn't go into specifics of how all this will be financed, given that the country is already over its head in debt. Well, maybe China will help?
