Well-presented and informative, but does not even presume to clarify the stances or motives of both sides of the debate---especially the weak counter-arguments of the misleadingly named “Hands Off the Internet” campaign (when what they mean is “Hands Off Our Profits”). Still, this topic is of such importance to readers of NewsTrust that this interim report is worth having. Let us hope the optimism about the new Congress is warranted.
