This source has been credited for breaking the story. It gives more space to the bush proposal to provide radically strong government protection for hiring of anybody who holds radical views that birth control should be refused to American citizens.

Thanks, Dwight for submitting this. This reports on an important tactic in the abortion wars: the attempt by those who would limit choice to say that birth control equals abortion. Because of Medicare and Medicaid, most health care providers are affected unless they want to deny access to the poor, the disabled and the aged. Years ago when I my conservative state delegate (at the time I was living in Roanoke, VA) equated birth control w. abortion, little did I realize that this would become a meme. As both a Republican and a libertarian, Barry Goldwater may be spinning in his grave.
