Tells only one side of the net neutrality story. It's complicated. There are issues over the semi-monopolies telco's have in some regions, and the ability of telco's to promote their own content over others.

This commentary apparently does not understand Neutering the Net. If I understand, Google and other search engines can change times to get to sites and ask sites to pay more for faster times. This commentary missed the mark badly.
