This was a delightful report. It separated the hull from the grain but ... preserved them both. The story provided a 2 dimensional representation of relational data involving the gaffes and the news that followed. Then they added back the context as opposed to leading with it and then gave a view of the information in not only a time line but a yield analysis. It was easy to read, very clear and enjoyable to boot. Nicely done.
