Whether you agree with Kucinich or not, it is important that journalists analyze the question of what constitutes an impeachable offense. Is an impeachable offense simply what a majority of House members at the given moment consider it to be? That seems precisely what the founders were worried it might become and so some tried to keep Impeachment out of the Constitution. While the story reviewed here at least mentions the important fact that articles of impeachment have been proposed, it does not discuss the important question of how we decide what an impeachable offense might be, nor does it provide a link to the articles of impeachment so that viewers can hear [video on youtube] or read them for themselves.
