The Telegraph reports that Bush ended a meeting at the G 8 summit in Japan with the words, "Goodbye from the world's biggest polluter," and then punched the air with a fist and grinned widely. Typical Bush: when made to do something he doesn't want to do (like talk seriously with others about reducing US pollution), he ends up poking a stick in the eyes of the others he holds responsible for forcing him to do something good. He did the same with the drug bill helping the elderly; he poked them in the eyes with the $5,000 "doughnut." He's done it ad nauseam during his ad nauseam presidency. It's another gift for Obama and the Democrats.
