?move to the center...says who? Immunity for telecoms and the rewrite of the FISA are radical right wing views no where the center. Complete neglect for jurisprudence! This is not a news story, it is a free pass for Bush pandering.

A pretty mediocre article without anything new. How about explaining the connection between telecom immunity and independent/centrist voters? Also, the National Journal rating of Obama is dubious, as pointed out by NewsTrust partner PolitiFact.
