The title suggests that Obama moved toward the center, when it is more a radical move to the extreme right that panders to right wing religious groups by dangling tax dollars and fails to prevent the churches from using the money to allocate money toward proselytizing. It violates the separation of church and state, makes judgement on what religions are acceptable for state money, and corrupts the churches so they dare not criticize the government.
