The argument for "let the free market decide" and allow ISP's to charge more for greater bandwidth usage is essentially the same arguement that the health insurance industry used to set up excluding "preexisting conditions" and we all know where that lead us. The small guy will be frozen out because of his "preexisting condition" of not having the money to compete with the wealthy. Net neutrality prevents tierred access by social class. Non net neutrality opens up segregation and discrimination of the little guy in the end.
