I begin with some "external" considerations. This is a good piece, because it presents a point of view not often heard in the arguments between gun advocates and gun controllers. It also posits an interesting political possibility which might have resulted from a different ruling. It goes into some analysis of the justices' opinions as well. All in all, well worth reading.
