An interesting statement from the article may illustrate Pakistani attitudes toward the US: "In trying to impose its will against the wishes of Pakistani people, the Bush administration further heightens anti-American sentiment; discredits the war on terror; and makes it more difficult for the new civilian government to stabilise.
