Given that Republicans have no intention of supporting any health care bill it begs the question, why are Democrats not drafting a plan that has the elements needed for Democratic support and simply bypass the obstructionist Republicans? Yes, they may have to work hard to bring in conservative southern Democrats but not nearly as impossible as trying to win Republican support. Move on...
