I moved to Arizona five years before McCain came bopping along. I have no idea where he lived before, but his moving to Arizona was for political reasons and to marry a rich heiress. A compedium of stories about him in the Arizona papers, especially the Republic, over the years since then swould be interesting. Back in the early 70s Arizona did have some pretty good Democrats in the US House and Senate. Arizona once even voted for Jesse Jackson when he was running for president. McCain is the phoniest Republican in the entire sleazy political game. He's worse than thugs like Reagan and Bush and Nixon, et al, because he pretends to be different and he's basically the same old, same old piece of nastiness. Why are all Republican politicians seemingly so anti-Humanistic??? Barry Goldwater initially liked him but came to realize he was just another opportunistic politician with no credibility except to brain dead Republicans and some Democrats. I've known since the Keating affair McCain is a crook too. There were five senators involved in that criminal affair, four Democrats and one Republican and three of those Democrats were forced out of office right away and another lasted for awhile and here is pathetic old Republican John McCain running for president. He was the leader of those senators and got them involved and McCain's wife and her father gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to Keating. Talk about a double standard and McCain is still enjoying that and getting a bye on what he really is from the disgusting major media. A crook, is a crook, is a crook! Hard to believe anyone would vote for this silly old man.
