Against cap-and-dividend

Transportation and building heating/electricity are the two largest contributors to carbon emissions, accounting for well over half the total. As a garden-variety environmentalist, I found myself at a bit of a loss in this discussion. For its target audience, the article may be completely comprehensible, but the responsive posts indicate it may also be one-sided.
