On school bus attack that police now say wasn't racially motivated: "I mean, that’s the lesson we’re being taught here today. Kid shouldn’t have been on the bus anyway. We need segregated buses — it was invading space and stuff. This is Obama’s America." Full Story »

Doesn't take much journalism to just repeat what somebody said. Apart from the slight editorial in the first paragraph, there's not much more here. Maybe the writer was as stunned as I was at Limbaugh's illogic.

He calls this his mind working? It doesn't even make sense. I couldn't find a single logical thread in the whole mess. Just stream of consciousness ugliness.

“I’m sorry — I mean, this is the way my mind works." More »

This piece reports the details of a story that's sordid in all respects, but it's a story that should be told. As it stands, the story's well done, in my view.

I'm all for freedom of expression, but nothing good can come from the vitriol spewed each day by Mr. Limbaugh. I wish someone would publish a list of his advertisers.

Limbaugh's comments were indeed noteworthy, but more context is needed to show what his words may (or may not) represent in overall trends about race-based name-calling and tensions about race.

It was hard to follow the story. It was not particularly well written.

I do not understand why people of Limbaugh's ilk whether left or right Get so much publicity. It is time mainstream media quit sounding as a sound board for all the untruths and goofy ideas that are out there.
