EU calls on G20 to rule on bankers’ bonuses
European Union leaders have called on the US and other G20 governments to impose binding rules on bankers’ bonuses, backed up by sanctions if necessary, when they meet in Pittsburgh next week. The EU’s 27 heads of government also said on Thursday that all nations, except the poorest, should contribute to financing the fight against climate change in developing countries. Full Story »
