Well written and informative. The author traces the narrative of several "race-related" political issues from various campaigns and gives a fairly broad selection of outsider opinion about them. The author also goes out of their way to underscore McCain's early promise to run a "respectful campaign" and to ignore the Wright controversy. One last tangent: the early links associated with each candidate's name, connecting to previous articles related to them, was a great way to provide a bevy of earlier discussion. This may be common on other internet journals - I don't know - but I hope to see more of it.
