Raw Story links to CNN News Videos that discuss the highest oil prices ever at $139 a barrel resulting in a huge jump in energy costs, the largest jump in unemployment in 22 years with 325,000 jobs lost since Jan of this year, and another sell off in the stock market. CNN Video of Bush Labor Secretary Chau indicating that unemployment was up because of new graduates from school (no mention that if you are a new graduate you cannot file for unemployment immediately). Well presented video compilation from CNN that inflation is up, people cannot afford gas, home values are decreasing but Bush says we are not in a recession. Story helps fit the pieces together on the economy.
