The fact that this is the "first" poll after Obama became the presumptive nominee and that it was taken before Hillary's endorsement of Obama today makes the headline of this piece a real stretch and somewhat misleading. There should have been more qualification of this poll. Further, the only source is a member of CNN.

Other polls give somewhat different results, and tend to show Obama with a larger margin. What sets this story apart, however, is the perspective offered: polls that claim to project what one's opinion will be five months from now are now worth much (including this one). Second, the writer understands that the current anger some Clinton supporters are expressing, suggesting they will vote for McCain instead of Obama, is not likely to last. The greater threat to Obama is that some might sit this one out.

Typical from MSM. I don't, and I mean "I don't" know one person that likes McCain. Not one person. Even Repubs. This story is not believable at all. Not even close.
