Yes, I believe it is quality journalism, addressing the issue directly with sources, even though they were unnamed.

There's a lot of legislative game playing going on right now. I think a bill will pass, but the game players are scrambling for a way to make them look good in the process. I believe Rockefeller will come around, and I do believe Snowe will, too. In the meantime there'll be a lot of posturing for the folks at home.
