Neo-con Pipes has an agenda: To make McCain look strong and confident, and make Obama look as if he's trying to curry favor by "dramatically contradicting his previous views." What are those views, and how did what he say in this interview contradict them? Pipes doesn't say. Jeffrey Goldberg, a real journalist, gave Obama the third degree and was satisfied with his answers.

The author summarized two interviews by another journalist with Obama and McCain on Israel politics. I wonder what he left out. He also didn't place the comments in context
