Yes, because it encapsulates the Republican Primary Race from last year to present time.

This starts off sounding like McCain is sugar coated and should be licked. Other than that, there is little substance to refer to for "strategies" or explain why John McCain came out on top. It is no more than the regurgitation of Primary '08 - 101.
