Very poorly worded almost incoherent article. From what I can tell the gist of the story is that Mccain will be in New Orleans on Tuesday because he is not President Bush - or something.

There are four different snippets of stories in this one article, each with it's own headline. Interestingly one of the sub-headlines reads Lobbyists favor Clinton in donations, even thought the story lede is about how McCain's campaign is chockoblock full of lobbyists. Maybe the article could have touched upon the difference between when lobbyists GIVE to a campaign versus RUNNING a campaign.
