The story has a tinge of self-agrandisement, but shows perhaps some of the effect of bloggers in the world of new media. It includes a few factoids that were new to me, such as Hagee advocating an armed attack against Iran, that might help explain McCain's enchantment with the odd fellow. The bit about Henry Ford putting anti-jewish literature in cars as they left the factory is interesting. The most worthwhile observation is the free pass that the right wing corporate press gives to religious nut cases who use contorted holy writings to support racial hate positions.
