This opinion piece has minimal journalistic value. The author takes a minor issue, and tries but fails to make it into a major issue. The author did not do the research needed to write credibly on what he calls the Christian Right. The author does not realize that tens of thousands of pastors have become supporters of one candidate or another, while in many cases holding far more extreme views than those claimed in this report. And he neglects to point out Rev Hagee's strong support for Israel.
