Fascinating! Aside from my absolute contempt for the word "blogosphere," this article hit a nerve with me. Scientific American does a fine job making scientific journalism digestible and relevant to the average reader. I would have appreciated some real life anecdotes from people whose ailments—whatever they be—were somehow alleviated through blogging. Otherwise, a good topic and a good find. (For a laugh, compare this story to the New York Times article I posted below on blogging till you drop!)
