It is a good overview of additional (obvious) evidence that a billion or so Chinese will consume a lot of resources. And American media seem focused on only Chinese consumption of oil, ignoring a lot of the other resources noted here. That the Chinese government treats Africans somewhat worse than it apparently treats its own citizens is eye opening, but shouldn't be surprising, nor should the idea that China acts like a colonial power. It is one. Ask most Tibetans - or members of other surrounding areas that China has conquered over history.
