This is a very long commentary that is lacking in facts. The author sees the public option as the only real reform. However, provides no proof and fails to calmly address others concern. He is wrong that public option is the only way to go. He needs to read David Goldhill's article in the September Atlantic.

Mr. Taibbi's shrillness is an example of the inability to compromise of supporters of the public option.
