Are Democrats migrating to Obama?

Hillary Clinton may have drubbed Barack Obama in Kentucky's Democratic primary on Tuesday, but a Gallup poll released the same day showed Democrats may finally be coalescing around the front-runner.

The poll, which was conducted before the primaries in Kentucky and Oregon, shows Obama opening a national lead of 55 percent to 39 percent over Clinton.

The Gallup poll numbers are interesting in suggesting that opinion is drifting toward Obama. It indirectly suggests the interesting mind game of guessing what the votes in all the states would be if the voted again now. The information in the link to the poll adds much more detail and color. It would be interesting to see any estimated bias effects of the phone polling.
