Golly! All these media pundits this piece quotes must have heard a different response from Obama than I did. Don't get me wrong, I voted for the guy. But he backed down a lot more than I'd have liked when he said he wouldn't negotiate with Hamas. While the Bush administration has labeled them as terrorists, they were legally elected. So, while the author has noted some valid shifts, the carefully chosen viewpoints he cites seem more like media spin than real evidence of any true political shifts.
