The bush/cheney view of a free press is if if puts out their propaganda for free. When and independent news organization puts out he truth, they engage in state sponsored executions to attempt to intimidate all the press corps. Impeach now.

Only one side of the story here. Implies in the last paragraph that the U.S. is responsible for all journalist deaths in Iraq, while the CPJ report finds only 16 of 127 deaths to be caused by U.S fire.

If citizens attempt to get all of their news and information from only a few parts of available media, they will never learn of things that media chooses not to cover. Amy shows that a pattern exists in which journalism sometimes is subject to great harm from those who proclaim that they always support freedom of the press. This piece is light shone where NYT and Fox News are often remiss.
