Excellent informative and comprehensive look at a situation that needs attention - interesting to note that the root of this problem goes back to old Ronnie Reagan, who prior to this current president, held the title for wreaking havoc on American life and society and progress.

This is very good journalism as it reminds us that the same people who brought our country the most unpopular President since such stats have been tracked, are still enjoying success within state and local government offices. A change at the top seems to be on most everyone's mind right now, perhaps even many Republican's most of all - but in the meantime real threats to the health and welfare of our children fly for the most part under the radar. If it could have been condensed somewhat, I would have probably rated it higher.

The author tries to look at all angles. It shows that the research was deep: tracing the genesis of Sex Ed in the earlies 20's and then researching when the Abstinence Program first appeared. She didn't focused on characters attributes, just on how they support or not the main topic. She was good at demostrating that she is quoting well the interviewed person.
