I do think that this article is an example of quality journalism. NPR is usually pretty objective when it reports stories. They definitely made sure to present the facts about what went on the night of President Obama's speech. Furthermore the article was broken down into various sections looking at the positives and negatives of the president's healthcare speech and plan. They also included quotes and opinions from those who opposed the president's plan. For example when President Obama said that illegal aliens would not receive healthcare Republican representative Joe Wilson shouted out "You Lie." Some publication may have omitted that statement not to cause controversy or they could have blown it way out of proportion to make the president look less credible. Yet NPR mentioned what happened and moved on. They also mentioned that the president's approval rating has been slipping the past few weeks, which some people may not have known, and that was one of the reason's Obama made this speech. For the most part they didn't portray the president in a completely bad or good light but explained the details using quotes from a variety of people, and remained true to the facts of the story.
