The author mentions Congress giving a boon to wind tech manufacturers by massively taxing fossil fuel use, as if that's just an inevitable future step that will allow green energy development once it's out of the way. There's no critical thinking here about the huge economic drag this kind of transition would take, or how it basically requires a legally-imposed, forced restructuring of the market to do it.

Three viewpoints, but only from the subject company and one customer. A critical viewpoint would help. Within those limits the writer covers the story fairly. I think more numbers could have been given in a few places.

Much like other stories about technological innovation, this ends up sounding a little like a press release. There's little critical evaluation of the technology (other than vague qualifiers that it's too expensive today), and no comparison with other energy storage possibilities (e.g. compressed air).
