A poor story on several counts. There's no systematic evidence given to understand the scale of the tension described. The reporter appears to be working on the assumption that a significant number of the Brazilians are undocumented workers, with no independent corroboration presented. That the presentation is jumbled and confusing only adds to this story's overall low rating.
